About the worst spy ever... russian.. double agent and gives the information to everyone she's not supposed to and fumbles what she's supposed to do constantly like clutz. Youd think it was on purpose being a spy but she's really that clutzy. The government hires her on purpose to give false information and accidently have her report things that may or may not be true because she can't decipher for herself so the real professionals use what influence she gets to crack her code knowing 

she is an evil person who plays the good guy... 

[Eventually we find out she is evil and knew what she was doing the whole time and as she is revealed she runs out and tries to escape showing she was smart the whole time... even as smart as she was she forgot to grab the thing she needed to report back to her country and failed the mission entirely leading them to believe she was on their side all along and so executed by her own people.
