Generation O

Angel with broken halo... not broken but won't light on its own. It'll light for instances of hope or need in a direction or when needing to know something vital.

Right now he has to hunt for lightning or try his best with the watts from the electricity. Even power out the city on the needed nights. Has a small generator type battery and materials so he doesn't shock himself. (Originally the halo didn't come off so there was no worry, now his body cannot handle as much energy.)
