The face no one wanted

Kid has a terrible life and one day finally acknowledging his luck wasn't going to change he developes a smile. A kinked and spiked fanged tooth like smile.

Teeth keep appearing. At his last fang people begin to realize why his smile is the way it is. They do everything they can to please the boy so his last fang doesn't appear.

They give him free stuff and the best food and women, even then as he seeks to enjoy it none of his fangs leave his face.

One day he snaps and his final fang appears.

Now he will get what he wants and cause everyone who caused the fangs to appear to suffer to their judgements.
