THE MC can't stop laughing sometimes it good or evil or sad or happy... anxiety... and there's others that can't stop screaming, or can't stop being brave or afraid...

At times they realize why they laugh but other times they are just suffering... why can't I stop laughing... nothing is funny... in fact something really bad just happened...
