Shellfish

I hit my elbow after telling this hilarious joke at work–

(I'm suffering mentally and was forcefully banging my elbow on my desk after making a dad joke having to do with being selfish.)

Realizing that after the joke had ended for being an ass and laughing for sarcasm sake or whatever this version of self hatred was, I felt the pain secondary hit on my elbow.

My wrist felt better somehow–like a healing pain.

Then it felt regular and slightly bad then good now, decent.


Theeor: you can make it more aware for a solid balance in creating a type of hold instead of just having your wrist become weak...

Arm relation, shoulder and elbow are related for example.

Could worsen, could better, try small micro hits and build up.

like adjusting your echidnas or stretching accurately to adjust where you need to hear a crack in say an area that normally has had no attention.
