Breast and breathing

The workout, the breathing, each step.

I am a man but I get uncomfortable on runs when my chest bounces when I run.

Out in the yard when beginning my hopeful routine of a new year something came to my notice.

The easiest thing I can say with the least amount of risk to myself or anyone reading this to interpret the technique correctly is simply to give the know how... because I feel the feeling.

When running. When walking. [Eventually you will do this passively as muscle memorex.]

You tighten your muscles at the upward before the breast get to the top, let go, and when headed back down, before they hit the regular point.

Not only will this reduce sag but it will have your breast looking exactly how you want if you can figure out this technique for yourself.

Breathing can also be a part of the motion, remember to not just breathe regularly but to experiment with breath signatures, ex ea: 1,2,3 inhale, inhale, inhale [through nose]. Exhale through mouth and different variation if you want to get experimentally tech with it.

(Breathe differently)

It doesn't have to be complicated but the body is the body. No matter what, It is all connected and you can figure out how to stretch your arm or even run with you arms out or above your head and shape your breast differently.

You hear it is good to avoid fatty foods;

as a side note of importance to what you may do further research to your needs, no diet but simply to care for yourself–

Avoid fat, the theory is to eat more of what you don't want to eat. This might sound crazy as some get bit my venomous creature and others drink poison to avoid any wrong to their body.

The breast is much fat tissue as shown here, It's what isn't cared for as often as what you think because it is fat. You seek to deplete fat from your body most a time not, you but I as well.

IT SEEMS, balancing the 4 major fats for example and finding the quarks of what can assist in keeping this fatty tissue healthy is what can also assist in avoiding breast cancer. Yet know there are many elements to it, this is my part of the puzzle to you.

And if I were seeking to lose fat, I would eat something containing fat to either absorb the fat like a fire and fire or get along with the fat to say "Let's get out of here (:"

1: Focus hitting those lines and finding how you can move those lines for your own shape.

2: Breathe. Not just enjoy the time, also, experiment with breathing.

3: EAT! :D

Todays brunch: two bowls of tendon and a beer (some butter pretzels later)

Workout: Technical; nothing fancy finger strength, other side of mouth to chew, balance, short sprint job, angel flights and typing {which no, that does not count for finger strength}.

Tendon to fix my leg, 2 bowls, it was... crucial... critical even, to needing to drink a beer to deteir the meat in first go, digestion at it's best and cooling down with pretzels, not in that order, but you'll figure it out. I believe in you!

A 20 minute workout focusing on the element.

Really, you can do this while walking around if not seeking all that.

Then you may be able to seek the workout once trying it out a while because either way,

you're breathing.

OH, and the pretzels aren't just to absorb some of the alcohol they are for the 4g of fat they have to assist in nutrient absorption of the meat!

–Thanks Mom,

thanks Piotes, thanks jove

thanks everyone who made this post possible.

Before I go, If bra or even sports bra, tank top, just a tight shirt, you can wrap some ribbon around you to emphasize what you are working out for your own mind.

You can always wear it inside your shirt or use some kind of tape or self-notice occasional.

("Lets say"–)

Bye, bye! Love Hestia!
