Boy with immeasurable power, he doesn't react or do anything evil on his own as he lives outside of existence while here on earth. Each influence of attack or defense is caused by collective thinking trying to understand how to manage this entity to keep him happy and prevent him from destroying the world or interfering with the worlds plans for a new world.

He attacks too sharply or too hard because they are still tweaking him to be the best parts of God. Basically every negative thought being thought of him is defeated by a small cough or sneeze or motion he makes because he is the chosen one. Everyone gasped.

He has all the worst parts of every person in humanity which is why he feels this way... and those with good cards must give him their cards if they want a real new earth and not a cursed one. Even the evil evil must give up their cards in order to hope that their sacrifice will somehow bless him in the sense of a negative to get all his cards.

Thus he tries to fix everything as everyone tries to “fix” him though they are the ones broken and seek to gain his favor in the hopes he lets them live.
