A guy with a steel sharp credit card goes around buying things.

The system begins to get suspicious asking where he gets the money from to pay it off.

Any agents of government that question him, he buys them or buys them something or forces them to buy something. Eventually instead of running; spending money wildly he slows down and begins to move slower and more confidently knowing the government sees God just spawns him money for being smart. So with that he uses it to buy back the world from evil agents and give it back to God.

Card in emergencies is used to kill but tries not to resort to that.
