Coin that grants luck that someone bites on.
One person from each country gets a coin that has luck with it they must go on what ever journey they are granted with. Every time they bite into the coin he bites it to the force he or she needs to continue on the task at hand weather pottery, or painting or baking or making live judgement calls, or playing a concert or being chased by tree monsters or being swam at by friendly yet seemingly evil crocodiles because of the luck of course.
He can change the situation in cockiness and unlock ways. When he bites down and it gets crooked enough he ends up trying to find something to do with them.
They gain influence of those connected to the countries mettle. To gain another persons coin is to destroy that sector and claim it as your own, if you get their coin; you decide their fate as you now have that person's luck memories to chew on obtaining their medal.
