Because I loved her
Starts with guy attempting to bring dead back to life as seeking to become God.
As he is in the beginning stages of knowing how to do so. Rise he says and nothing happened... ah well he disappointedly but skip-fully skips off. And we don't see him again til the end.
Somewhere else in the world.
A girl rises from the dead as a zombie having a euphoric experience. One of adventure though dead and not doing much but wandering the woods. In time people see her and report 'it' saying they need to take it out before anyone sees. And so they always are given the wrong spot to where she is.
And she vanishes.
Eventually they find her and take her... er... life... and she later awakens again with that same boy in front of her bringing her back from the dead but fully this time. As even when a zombie, he was still with her face to face.
