Girl in Russia living over a sex shop. She sees girls her age go in and never come back out. She eventually goes in with a disguise to find herself stuck as the same whorebranded girl having to feed her family in a communist country. Her breath of fresh air becomes cigarettes as her work conditions have turned from whore to whoredom, poor water and awful treatment. She hopes for help anyway she can and is reluctant but wants to taste freedom again.

Eventually in season 2 before she finds a Chinese man willing to take her to his country to find sanctuary where she is treated as a queen. Yet the Chinese prostitutes can smell whore on her. They ask what her issue is and strip her of her good fortune. From there she is unable to be seen by the man she was rescued by as pure as the women have undressed her to the public as in a different country she would be clean.

Later the same russian organization finds her again but just makes fun of her, to leave her country just to end up a whore for the Chinese. Disgraceful. The russian man takes the leader of the Chinese women and back to russia expecting to be treated as well as the russian woman was in her country but the russian woman knew that she was treated poorly by the woman and was forced to do even more terrible acts. Eventually the woman found a day to escape. Alarms go off and they search for her. She afraid and naked and being Chinese in russia no one is there to help... when suddenly she runs to a corner alleyway to find an American covering her mouth as she cried more believing shed been caught to return to the hell. However, this man has been keeping tabs on her and has been trying to figure how to free them all caught under the stance. She goes to America with the American man and seeks to return to china to free the russian girl she treated so poorly.

By the time she found her way to the place before by rich compatriots of political standings, the russian girl had lost her sheen, but she still recognized her... 'are you?' And they cried together foe but a moment foe not letting her make up run. "we're going to get you out of here ok?' Says the Chinese to the Russian woman she'' put there... 'how much foe this one the American asks? She is not for sale. I got her in a plea deal. Anything else is fine. But the man was persistent threatening all out nuclear Holocaust if not given... in exchange the Chinese woman but the woman then feared... she did not want to go back because they would feel she was treated well when the opposite in fact. The American negotiates the further with the man bringing both ladies outside foe farewells... the Chinese and American were working with Russians on the inside and kidnapped the person trying to hold onto the the woman and both the woman were brought to America. In russia a civil war is in the midst as Russians hold captive the Ambassador of the country....

The woman can only hope for the best that this would somehow free the rest that were also in those situation of forced prostitution. They now work together and the movie ends on edge of them thinking about their journey and the hopes of a better future as they smoke a cigarette each night in commemoration of the woman who use it as a breath of fresh air for even in a land of free, they still felt as slaves to the system knowing their comrades were still in forced and same happened in all the countries and places in the world.
