Hell can be in the mind.

It can be physical to being on earth.

You hear often, hell on earth...

Have all that understanding be understood and would it not be possible for a hell or hell?

Because hail sounds like hell when a snowy day, they have "blocks" to make sure GOD does not return.

What is GOD to you when I believe what GOD or God or god or a proper Devil is to be?

What did you want to be as a child?

but thats basically me doing the same thing as naming hail from the sky like ice as hail when I am actually saying something else or not even percieving for myself what I mean If not inownk.

At base of thought, to name the ice from the sky as a rhyme that can be to similar hell is to say, hail exist. Hell does not.
