How do I start exercising if I don't like it?

There are small things you can do everyday, movements you do when eating or picking up your keys in the morning, even getting out of bed... or rolling around in bed writhing in pain over how badly it hurts to think you've wasted your life, forced to feel that darkness circling your heart and whiteness of the fog in your mind.


Eating for example, you lift up the fork, spoon or knife; do it with intention.

Maybe you'll feel silly. I do this a lot with many things because if you can begin to tone your muscles to wanting to move-more, you will want to do more.


Like lifting a weight, or just rehabilitating your wrist. Notice how you lift you hand; the wrist, flex the bicep, feel the different parts of the arm and how they activate... You don't need to start with all these YouTube videos like I tried to do. You can understand your own body.


When in bed... you think I'm joking but I'm serious. I remember rolling around in bed feeling that pain and though it has blanked out a bit, I would just lay there and not be able to get up. I'm not saying to get up or be stronger, I'm saying to use your muscles a bit more... It takes little effort at first to extremes–you can manage yourself like a stretch like how a lion or lioness would, from there tense up a bit, as if a full body workout and decide which part of the body you want to activate.

Maybe here instead of silly, like when eating; you feel stupid. I don't but I can imagine the complication.

When strapped in a hospital bed and they wouldn't let me out of it, I wish I knew a technique like this; the medications they put me under when I was not to be medicated would make me weak and mindless to when all I could do is struggle with my own sadness and develop more anger because of what they have done for not listening to my message.

I could've been using those straps to work on my for arms just by pulling them slightly, eventually maybe the metal would've given out!


I don't want to bum you out.

I'm reading this the same way you are... I hate when I can't seem to write without the idea that working out relates somehow to sex or dancing. I am offending myself as well with this post.


Yet I am in the mind-set that if I were still in that place where I couldn't get out of bed, how would I do it? I would still be upset over the time I've missed as opportunities and those who hated me because they didn't see me as worthy of understanding for themselves.


I know better now.


That doesn't take away from the idea that before you pull a calf muscle as soon as you wake up, you can flex your body, just lay there all strong, flexing without flexing, no matter; its a workout to get out of bed and it's a workout to see if things work out.


So when you can finally get out of bed you notice when your consciousness begins to slip or when you are not aware of your bodies movements.


Walk around with your movement, go against the wind.


Even walking if you can focus on the way you walk or use your legs can assist getting the whole body the way you want.


It's a specific flexing I am talking about where it is focused more on the parts, like feeling where you touch. Your heartbeat for example can be felt in many area's of the body. I've felt it in my fingers and in my hips at a time and in my foot, like a warning or something when a pain occurs.


You ever think of working out your fingers?

People think of the wrist and forearm and know it's hard to hit but you ever think about having a super buff set of fingers?

Some people do push ups with their fingers.

That's not intricate enough for me.

I need to flex the fingers.

I'magine getting ready to do a workout, farm work, or fight and first thing someone does in show you their fingers or say

"I work out my fingers."

I think I'm walking away.



And you can do this and balance your strength out by using a pencil, fork or drinking water by focusing on the fingers you normally don't use when using a pencil.

Using like 3 fingers?

Experiment using 2 or all 5 or 1, or write/draw the way you are except using less or more strength to emphasize the fingers energy not being used to then experience a flex on them. It will make you a better drawer/writer and assiste your cognition so that other hand functions can operate better.


Even the mind and even; even...even..! Remembering

You can do this with other parts of the body.



I don't see people exercising the back of their knee or armpits or elbows.

You get it! The micro parts no one knows or talks about, the fingers have muscles scientist haven't even named yet.

Work with those.


If I had to start,

Eating–Focus

Stance–Acknowledgment of what is moving when I move my arm or flex a certain way

Balance–Movement to keep my body noticing to keep itself up and conscious. (Point energy.)


Roll, Stretch, flex.


Eventually those neurons will start firing off to have you to become... and you will be.
