How to fix your legs, knees, and walking movement.

I find my legs from skateboarding have some tare. The concept of moderation in allowing your shoes to be on different feet allow your notice to take more time and your knees begin to realize not to turn first. They wait for the foots weight shifting and step side instead of turn step. Before trying this; Walk around a bit and try to catch the transition without too much notice because it often does not show up if too much notice, then you may fix the way you make corner passes because the rotations of humans are often based on going a certain direction even, laid out foundations of needing to constantly go down familiar areas. If you make a right turn to get to work everyday, you'll develop a habit somewhere else of going that direction or the body, and you'll have to find a way of making up for the subconscious movement and brain matter creating a hidden niche (n(i)k) of individuality that does not coinside with your preferred movements. Thus: you will be able to walk better and no be injured more when doing what you love doing.


Remember to experiment with added pressures like pressing down with your feet while sitting or standing and hip swings also, crouching a little when you walk to be more tactical even bending knees, flexing muscles; not over doing it and focusing individual area's often forgotten also not mentioned in videos.
