From what I experienced today, the filters need to be able to be cut easily with the teeth and bio'd
You know the complaint of just having them tossed in the street.
The filter there is to bite down on to avoid more chems but most people just inhale to inhale without that thought.
The inhale, it should be like a drinking not gulping, more-so the idea a reverse soft blow to cool down your soup. Closed mouth to avoid taking in the air around you.
Take your time. Either way you get that type of "upper air" or ether you need to feel to go forward and that is if you are seeking to quit but I'm talking to smoke more accurately.
It's good to take your time so that way it doesn't pow pow pow.
Move your head to the left and right at times to control the lung it goes into.
Move your body, don't just always stand there but stand there at some!
You can figure how to move it in your body too.
The key is to be aware of it.
I'll make a video on it someday but for now–a message to the kids, as much as it fits an aesthetic or mood, een to fill a void; your void is filled by void.
Care for yourself, and if you are already smoking; do so in a way that will make sure you can still be active in the things you want to do.

taking a break afterwards like stretching before or after a workout, twisting your body side to side to get some of the excess smoke out of your lungs.
Stand in plance, not like running but if needing to sell to viewers you are moving your feet.
There are different ways to do this.
