If I eat this bag of chips then technically I ate 3 bananas if all I want is potassium.

If I eat all 6 servings of these baked lays chips I would've eaten the same amount of potassium as about 3 bananas.
If natural sugers being about 14g and on the lays it is about 2g
Seeing the sodium or salt content as 135mg of sodium is equal to 0.135g
Then I should be able to eat this entire bag of chips and workout or live my day about the same and IF working on a specific part of the body, then the fat content of the chips being 1g saturated, 0g trans, 0.5 poly, mono 3.5... then if I am trying to sharpen my face or thicken my cheek bone area I should be able to manage and notice what I am effecting.

Even if it shows up here there are different kinds of fats and different kinds of skinny. That is why women are so sexy.
These chips have 0 cholesterol too for your information (I said information like a latin spanish speaking fluent accent of english emphasizing the importance of the letters t, i, o, n and tion and a full conjunction.
Anyone could argue anything; these fats–
Mono (MUFAs) and polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) are "good fats" that provide energy, help absorb vitamins, and support body functions, but they mainly work by lowering bad LDL cholesterol, raising good HDL, reducing heart disease/stroke risk, and providing essential Omega-3s & 6s for brain/cell health. They are liquid at room temp and found in plant oils, nuts, seeds, and fish, acting as crucial dietary components the body can't make.

What is the idea between wanting chips always and forcing yourself to eat a banana? If for example I am on a diet or want to diet and lets not call it diet but want to not eat and eat a certain way or adjust for the food I eat to be tastier while also knowing I don't have to eat foodºfood every day, I can opt for eating this bag of chips and something else and something else interesting through out the day and balance out my week with an assortment of cheap yet valuable snacks then somehow, SOMEHOW, (I'm telling you how.) You can lose weight the way you want, and gain weight the way you want without too much thought to everything and even develop your taste to want to eat things or to eat when you cannot eat.
Someone on an internet video said to have stuff you like when you are hungry and want food but can't eat. I used to not be able to finish a meal without a soda because I didn't like food for many reasons.
I can't explain this, but the way medications felt in my world or headspace, would make the food extremely unappealing in ways–
Even if I explained wouldn't represent the amount of "No. Thanks..."

The main idea of why I began writing this myself was to understand how it affect appearance
Healthy fats (mono/polyunsaturated) keep skin hydrated, plump, and protect against aging by forming cell barriers, ø while excess saturated fats might contribute to inflammation and skin issues, affecting facial structure and health, though all fats are vital for skin's cell walls and nutrient absorption.
Sø–like drinking water before or after a meal for better digestion and of course depending on what you eat throughout based on texture and chew ration to effect on your specific body and how you can figure yourself how your body works instead of others saying it does...
I can eat this entire bag of chips, focus my own body on the nutrient absorption like Mr. Sam Sulek drinking chocolate milk for a workout (or however it affects his body.) and then I can eat something like a whole grain bread... literally one slice and the grains will absorb more accurately and my body better than if I ate that bread with eggs on the side and another slice of bread and bacon while thinking about eating more bread.
Another exa is I would then eat the bag of chips and the nutrient absorption bonus from the fats in it, I'd then amplify by eating fruits and vegetables.
I could also catch up on my health by forcing past my limit there and having the fruits and vegetables to essentially micro rip my eating muscles (whatever that means) to then have my health increase faster just like an accurate workout, not a hard workout.
