If you're going to send people to court, then the people coming to grab you better put their hand on the bible and understand or be willing to hear someone if they are talking about the bible.

How much do they actually know about the bible?

How often do they study it and their law in case of craft of judging properly?

Are they going on and off to school or are they just doing the like 6-8 years then calling it a sentence; coming out and just sending ANYONE to jail?

Imagine not knowing and sending someone actually good to jail because you didn't hear or extent their trial or sett them to use their evidence because you were unlearned in what you claim to know.
