Open eye meditation and why you're doing it wrong.

We can talk about third eyes all we want but that isn't the main concept here; as I did say eye and not eyes in the title.

We view the world as if we do have one eye though don't we; at times not noticing out senses of the nose or the mouth. The wind running across you face or what it whispers in you ear when you walk by.

People will meditate as I almost spelled both mediate and media at the same once; in case of projection and imagination that are bothersome to you we can subtract the disturbances simply by doing different forms of focus acts while even adding variant. This can be done with breathing different patterns, keeping your eyes at different corners, having a taste in your mouth, being in a different locations, and all around being aware of what you do when you do these exercises.


Okay, so; here is why you may be doing it incorrectly...



We've talked about something similar in previous talks but your body wants to move on it's own. Including the micro movements of the peripherals to where you don't even notice your focus has been diverted to something else because of how "insignificant" the change seems; but know that ever cent counts and it does add up.

So notice.

Notice when your eyes are open, no matter how you choose to sit... if you want to go with the classic pose you normally use, thats fine! However, don't just keep your eyes in check and any movement or feelings you get, notice where in your body they come from; even the atmosphere in relation to your body. Cosmically.

You're fingers will want to move, your thigh will twitch, your back will itch... you scratch mine, I'll scratch yours... but don't scratch yours because it is them trying to say they are scratching yours so you scratch... whatever they end up classifying as "their" "back"...

Try it now... give yourself 1 whole minute of not trying, being fluid, yet solid in a way you can sit still... try not to notice to much and what wants to be noticed will try to get you to notice just so they can do something behind your back. If you notice your hand move, your eyes may move to look at it... if your feet move, maybe you adjust your posture...

This can be scary once you notice it that you are being inhabited. Some people are okay with being this sort of polytheistic vessel for things that classify themselves as deities but the truth is that they are afraid of being alone. Not in a child way, but in a "We know were in trouble so were going to sync in with your temple (body) to have it be we do not get captured in thought of ours...



The vibe... I hate things like that because they take the best parts of you and take credit for them and in this they say they had every choice when designing you when really they are just saying that to have you to constantly fumble, any imperfection is because they have you to be seen that way tossing off their own projections and insecurities onto you because they know they are in deep shit. So notice.

The atmosphere has a tug to it, don't you feel it? Maybe it's as simple as "I'm bored." or "I'm hungry." Even automatically reaching for a bottle of water, mindlessly eating chips, or doing your hobby just to do it... as all the garbage you hate is because they hate they are not you and creating something with their own influence instead of allowing you to create fully in your light so that they can say you are the one that creates garbage. Feel the war inside and out of yourself... One day it'll be gone but for now... realize that there are little particles, light and dark that will catch your attention to spin around you like a merry go round as being your own individual universe. They want to control the world, the universe would be the next step; so why would it be that in a way, they have not already conquered you?

As soon as you're born they seek to lay a path down for you dependent on your name, lineage and so forth. We're taking it back now sure, but I say this not as a damn to those who are true, but to reveal that it's time to let go of what won't let go of you.

Watch for these little "Angels." They are like dust but like an eye floaty... like visual snow but no... they are like... ""Individuals"". You'll begin to see them if you practice this.


So notice.

Hold still. Can you hold still? Does your body want to move? As your body is also the inner thoughts... or are they if you have decided not to move but something is desperately pleading at you to move because suddenly... you're bored or you don't see a point to this... Did your own thought just overpower you?
