Sleeping on a stack of hay

I recently considered for a moment getting rid of my bed and sleeping on hay in my room.

Literally taking some hay and [putting it into a comfortable sack and sleeping on it.]

Just now, the thought of laying it all on the floor then sweeping it up in the morning to the side.

The thought is to fix up your spine or shoulders, hips, and other parts of the body.

If you can sleep at any angle you want like a cloud, you can then repair your body over night and as you are tossing and turning to find the comfortable position.

Normal beds will make your body too lazy or too stiff, this way you don't have to focus on how your body is stuck when you only feel comfortable sleeping on one side or just on a weird angle on your hip and stomach.

I can't sleep on my back for example.

There is something called a renaissance pose that can help with keeping yourself stretched out and shoulder back to avoid bad posture.

It is like pillow used to be fabled to be made of feathers. Now the they are cotton? Cotton may not work for everyone, maybe feather and sleeping on them works better for the specific roost of healing you need to rejuvenate your body fully.

I would like to try sleeping on hay,

maybe grass, a floor of grass, a bag of grass... earlier something (Nk page) stopped by to talk about a house with grass for the flooring.

Sleeping on dead leaves. As said by THE Phiotes.

Some cats can sleep on balls of warn and some want it unwoven.

Stuffed animals, different kinds of pillows, and maybe different solid yoga block shapes to keep the body balance or evaluated or positioned correctly like the infamous neck pillow (:

So... yeah.
