The brain and control of yourself to be stronger than others.

The left controls the right, the right controls the left and all the parts of the brain does something different. You workout and you focus on a specific body part to increase or to train it. Expand your knowledge.... if you focus on that part of the brain you can enhance the way you are thinking about the thing you're seeking to focus on. You want to taste more? focus on the taste sector.... however to really get that taste.... focus on all of it to an extent of knowing how all the parts of the brain relate. Stop using 10%.. go for 100%.

We talk about the body parts... muscle memory... the idea that perhaps every cell has its own thought and seeks to agari.o everything at times to decide what the whole body seeks. A sort of game of RISK through out. The muscle memory as it is said or at least some culturist have said, you are the head not the tailbone and the left and right hand know not what the other does... the thing is that sometimes I will notice my arms connecting through my torso to exchange information. I will notice my eyes looking to one another for "what is your concept?" or something of that un-nature...
As amalgamations we ourselves are a type of amoeba parasite seeking to overcome ourselves to our good or evil thoughts.... maybe even... bad. The ideas get sent down different path ways... which is why you can't do somethings properly or sometimes first try or roll an ankle on the most random step? It's happened, no curse to where be but of course somewhere in your brain, it is registering as if this will happen, can happen, or has happened. What is resonating in your body? Ankle? Brain? Nerves?
Control the pathways.

Your body confirms with itself automatically because of the influence since the womb and onward, to more forward you must begin to notice when you tug your shirt or when your eyes blindly look around and you don't notice what you're looking at. When you stare off in the distance... is something unseen looking at you wether there or not? A Squirrel? A material? Do you believe things? Maybe. It's important to know you may keep posture and lose it as well. It's okay to slouch at times and it's okay to be upright, but notice, notice how your body is freezing as once said if you keep making faces your face will freeze like that.
Muscle memory. As another example, an embarrassing moment or moment you want to forget no matter what it takes. It freezes in your mind and you won't even have to remember it to know its a curse on you and you'll have to dig into your mind to find what is bothering you.
Your brain will confirm how you can't talk to people will a shirt tug or an arm rub or a scratch on the face or twisting your hair; even things like typing this message.. the fast movements, the slow movements, everything can be a trip... don't let that discourage you. The idea is to know this.
